What is a Job Check?

  • The terms and conditions of employment (including pay, hours, and employment type) meet the relevant INZ requirements and New Zealand employment law.

Once approved, a job check provides a unique identification number that the migrant worker will need for their AEWV application. This approval is valid for six months, allowing you to recruit multiple migrants for the same role during that period, provided the terms remain the same.
